Paul is a seasoned product and engineering leader with over 19 years at Google, where he served as Vice President of Product and General Manager. As the founder of Google Analytics, he helped establish Google as a leader in advertising and marketing analytics. He was instrumental in forming the Google Health division, focusing on integrating advanced technology into public health platforms during COVID-19. 

As Product Lead for Google Health and GM of Care Studio, Paul advanced the state-of-the-art in healthcare delivery through AI and interoperability platforms. Known for user-centric design, systems engineering, and inclusive leadership, Paul is now an advisor and angel investor, passionate about enhancing healthcare delivery and patient outcomes. He holds an engineering degree from UC San Diego with continued studies in Decision Analysis and Health Sciences at Stanford and Harvard HMX.

Dr. William Fleming is a visionary healthcare leader with over 30 years at Humana, where he built industry-leading pharmacy services and drove innovation across the company. As a recognized expert in Medicare Part D, he led initiatives that earned multiple JD Power awards and significantly improved patient outcomes. William's strategic acumen extends to health plan operations and home health care, where he has consistently championed patient advocacy and healthcare innovation.

With a PharmD from the University of Kentucky, William combines deep expertise with an entrepreneurial spirit, creating new businesses and serving on influential boards, including Petauri Health. His passion for simplifying healthcare and improving outcomes continues to drive his impactful work in the industry.

Rakesh is a globally recognized thought leader and pioneering cardiac surgeon with expertise in mitral valve disease, robotics, transcatheter repair and complex multivalve pathology. He is also a leader who has spearheaded the development of innovative models of healthcare delivery, international enterprise growth and organizational transformation in pursuit of value at Mayo Clinic and Cleveland Clinic.

Dr. Suri served as the first President of International Operations at the Cleveland Clinic leading the international strategy and global business development efforts positioning the organization as One Cleveland Clinic in the United States and abroad.

Dr. Suri was a consultant in the Division of Cardiovascular Surgery, Professor of Surgery and Chair of the Enterprise Robotic Practice at Mayo Clinic until 2015. His academic pursuits include contributions to more than 340 peer-reviewed journal articles and book chapters, greater than 15 patents and several FDA multicenter trials. He was the Director of the Cardiovascular Fellowship Program at Mayo Clinic and past President of the Heart Valve Society.

Dr. Shah is a nationally recognized cardiologist who is currently the Chief Operating Officer and Co-founder of Homeward. Previously, Dr. Shah become the Chief Medical Officer at Teladoc (NYSE: TDOC) after its merger with Livongo Health (NASDAQ: LVGO). In these roles is oversaw clinical product strategy, content, value and insight analytics, behavioral health strategy, clinical operations, quality and commercial enablement. Prior to Livongo, he was the Chief Medical Officer for Emerging Technology and Informatics and Service Line Vice President for Life Sciences at Premier Inc., (NASDAQ:PINC) where he led the P&L across all aspects of strategy, sales, marketing, product management, and operations.

Prior to Premier, Dr. Shah served as an Assistant Professor in both the Department of Medicine and Fuqua School of Business at Duke University where he led numerous research programs in the areas of health services research, implementation science, clinical trials, and registry analyses as well as an administrative role as the Director of Quality for the Department of Medicine. Dr. Shah graduated from the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill with highest honors and earned both a MD and MBA from Duke University. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Stanford University before finishing a general cardiology fellowship at Duke University.

Bimal remains on faculty at Duke University and serves on the Board of Directors for Floreo and as a member of the Board of Visitors at the Duke University School of Nursing. He previously served on the Board of Visitors at the University of NorthCarolina – Chapel Hill.

Dr. Robert Pearl is the former CEO of The Permanente Medical Group (1999-2017), the nation’s largest medical group, and former president of The Mid-Atlantic Permanente Medical Group (2009-2017). In these roles he led 10,000 physicians, 38,000 staff and was responsible for the nationally recognized medical care of 5 million Kaiser Permanente members on the west and east coasts.

Named one of Modern Healthcare’s 50 most influential physician leaders, Pearl is an advocate for the power of integrated, prepaid, technologically advanced and physician-led healthcare delivery.

He serves as a clinical professor of plastic surgery at Stanford University School of Medicine and is on the faculty of the Stanford Graduate School of Business, where he teaches courses on strategy and leadership, and lectures on information technology and health care policy.

Dr. Lauren Jones is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in healthcare. As a board-certified anesthesiologist, she completed her residency at Duke University Medical Center. Most recently, she served as Vice President of National Clinical Operations for Anesthesia at HCA Healthcare, where she oversaw clinical operations for over 35 employed anesthesia practices and influenced hundreds more through vendor relationships across 180 facilities in 20 states.

Dr. Jones’ diverse background includes service as a Navy flight surgeon and senior medical officer, supporting Operations Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom. During her service, she developed expertise in delivering healthcare in austere environments, leading high-performing teams, and ensuring mission success. Her military awards include the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal, Navy Achievement Medal, Global War on Terrorism Medal, Meritorious Unit Commendation, and others. Throughout her career, she has excelled as a chief anesthesiologist, regional medical director, and chief clinical officer of anesthesia, demonstrating her ability to navigate complex healthcare environments and collaborate with hospitals and health systems to improve care delivery and efficiency.

Passionate about positively impacting healthcare through effective leadership and exceptional patient care, Dr. Jones is now bringing her clinical and strategic expertise to Healthyr.

On a personal note, she resides in Texas where she and her husband raise their 7-year-old daughter and 2-year-old son on a cattle ranch. Dr. Jones and her husband are deeply committed to their community, volunteering their time in the school district and supporting many local philanthropic organizations in their county.

Ryan has more than 20 years’ experience as a healthcare administrator, with appointments at Cleveland Clinic, where his roles included serving as chief operating officer and institute administrator for international operations, and The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center and James Cancer Hospital, where he was administrator for the Department of Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery. In addition, Ryan has served on active duty with the United States Navy since 1994, most recently with the Navy Reserves Medical Service Corps.

Michael has over 40+ years of pharmaceutical and biotech industry experience. Built/led large teams and all facets of therapeutic commercialization, including General Management, Marketing, Sales Management, Market Access, Analytics, Market Research, and Launch Planning. Therapeutic area experience includes Oncology (solid and liquid tumor), Neurology, Sleep Medicine, Reproductive Endocrinology, OBG, Pain, Urology, Cardiology, Immunology, Dermatology, and Metabolic Disease.

Currently a member of the PUMA Biotechnology and BioXcel Board of Directors. Also he consults with private and public companies in early and late-stage drug development on commercial/market assessment and market access.

John is a seasoned executive with thirty years of experience in digital and population health. Throughout his career, he has built a successful track record as a strategic leader with a proven ability to drive growth.

John's experience spans leadership roles at Teladoc, MDLIVE, and Recuro Health, where he developed a deep understanding of both the payor and provider verticals. He leverages this expertise to identify promising market opportunities, craft effective go-to-market strategies, and achieve exceptional results. John has a history of accelerating revenue and EBITDA growth by streamlining client acquisition, development, and retention processes.

A dynamic and motivational communicator and effective leader, John excels at building and mentoring cross-functional teams. He inspires his teams to achieve ambitious goals and consistently exceed market share objectives.
