The Auria score provides biological information regarding the level of inflammation in your breast tissue at the time of sample collection. Early data suggest a score in the High category indicates an elevated level of inflammation is occurring in your breast tissue.

It is recommended that an Auria® classification of High (>1.0) be clinically correlated with a structural examination of the breast tissue, such as mammography, within 3 months of receiving test results. Auria is a screening tool and is not specific for breast cancer but could be elevated due to a breast abnormality such as a benign mass, cyst, or calcifications.
