Prior to collection, it is critical that you are properly hydrated. Drink plenty of water and do not urinate for 2 hours before collecting your sample. Remove the second barcode sticker from the biohazard bag and place it vertically on the other side of the test tube. Ensure you do not cover the fill line marking or your other information, as this allows our lab to verify your registration!
