Wash your hands. Then, using the disposable container included in your test kit, collect the “first catch” or beginning of your urine stream. You want your urine collection cup to be filled halfway. Unscrew the cap of the collection tube and, using the included pipette, transfer the urine to the collection tube. Fill the tube to the maximum fill line.
