After puncturing your finger, remain standing and massage your arm from the shoulder down towards your hand to increase blood flow. Also, running your thumb from the base of the finger towards the puncture site will encourage the blood to drop. Add blood onto each of the collection squares so that red blood reaches the 1st line. Do not bleed onto the rectangular section. Finish a square before starting the next one.
